花材季節性須知
Seasonal Availability
由於花卉是季節性和區域性的供應，目錄中所示的花卉/佈置並非隨時可用的。可能需要用類同或較高的價值替換相似風格的花材。由於花是天然產品，所以顏色可能與目錄/照片中所示的顏色不同。但是我們會盡全力保持花品的配色，尺寸和形狀。目錄中的圖片產品不符合實物大小規格，產品尺寸請與我們的工作人員聯繫。
Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
Products in the catalogue are not in scale, for product dimensions, please check with our staff.
更改/取消訂單
Change / Cancellation of Order
不接受取消訂單，所有花卉/植物/貨物不可交換和不退款。如果你想更改你的訂單，花束/花盒/花藍 需要24小時通知;婚禮或其他花卉裝飾安排並需要2星期通知。所有通過傳真/電子郵件/電話/進行的訂單將在24小時內得到我們的確認。如果您在24小時內未收到我們的確認，請立即與我們聯繫。任何訂單最佳提前3天作出訂購，以保所選擇的鮮花的可用性
No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours is required for bouquets / box; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.
All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Any order shall be made 3 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the chosen flowers
Blooming Garden Atelier reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Blooming Garden Atelier shall remain final.

In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery or refusal to accept item/s by the recipient, will still be considered as delivered. If re delivery is needed, the purchaser will be charged with additional cost.

In case of products provided by Buyers, all risk of damage or loss during storage, process or transit shall be Buyer’s.

You confirm that the credit or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us are correct and accurate. If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

With respect to cancellation made, a refund fee 10% of your total purchase amount will be charged.
